Insight conducts both qualitative and quantitative social policy research and consultancy. Particular areas of interest and expertise include housing, community development and regeneration, older people, disability and telecare.
Undertaking sensitive research is central to the work of
Insight. The company has worked extensively with older people, homeless people, people of different cultures and people who have experienced barriers in life.
Insight maintains a strong emphasis on social inclusion and the company is keen to further develop and use appropriate research methods in order to ensure that the voices of people - often 'hard-to-reach' - are heard.
